Breathe Life back into your Body

Inhalation is the first act we perform when entering this world, and exhalation marks our final departure from the physical plane. So, how have we become so disconnected from this vital bodily function? Take a moment to observe your breath. Are you aware of the benefits of breath-work? Is your natural rhythm short and shallow?
